Grant is focused on the integration of energy, water and land resource systems as well as regional energy flow aspects of the Foreseer project. In this role he has responsibility for uncertainty, data estimation, systems dynamics and the intersection of physical- and policy-aspects of the Foreseer tool.
Previously he worked to coordinate and manage multidisciplinary energy-related research initiatives within the University of Cambridge. Prior to coming to Cambridge, he worked in government and university on fuel cell design, nuclear chemistry, and security studies. Grant has earned his M.Phil. in Technology Policy from the University of Cambridge and his M.S. in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
